1. How
can you offer this service for FREE ?
All telecom
companies recieve an income from carrying calls. This can vary depending on the type of 08 number but is a small percentage
of the cost paid by the caller. Rather than charging you a connection fee, we have decided to offer free connections and make
our profit from the calls we carry.
2. Will
there be any quality issues with my number ?
Our calls
are carried on the infrastructure of major telecom companies so there should not be any problems.
3. What
if Free 0845 stop trading and my number is printed in adverts etc ?
As our numbers
are all supplied by a registered network operator, they would take over the running of your number. At any time if you are
not happy with the service we provide, you can transfer (known as 'porting') your number to another any other network operator.
4. Can
I still use my existing landline ?
Absolutely.
You can still use your exisitng number for incoming and outgoing calls. The 0845 numbers will not show anywhere on your
existing bills and your landline supplier will continue to bill you for outgoing calls.
5. What
if I need to change my landline number ?
Simply email
us the new details and we will re-direct the 0845 number to your new destination number. This normally takes approximatley
2 hours but we gauarantee it will be transferred in 24 hours - during normal business hours. This service is
also FREE.
6. Can
I have more than one 0845 on the same landline ?
Yes - if
your phone and fax are on the same line, we can allocate 2 different 0845 numbers. This lets people think that you have
a dedicated fax line.
7. How
many 0845 numbers can I have ?
There is
no limit to how many numbers you can order. Some poeple like to have one for a phone line and one for a fax number.
Other compnies have different numbers for the various departments.
8. Is
there a minimum contract for my 0845 number ?
No. You can
cancel at anytime - just drop us a note.
9. Will
you cancel my number at any time ?
The only
reasons that we would cancel your number is if it was being improperly used or if wasn't used for a 6 month period. Rather
than leaving the number dormant, we would re-cycle your number. Every effort would be made to contact you before this
action was taken.
10. Can
I forward my 0845 number to a mobile phone ?
Unfortunately
this is NOT a service we provide. You would have to pay to receive the calls on your mobile and as the service we offer
for 0845 numbers is completely FREE, then we cannot forward to mobiles. Companies such as www.yournumber.co.uk and www.0844tele.com can provide these facilites but involve a monthly payment and other charges.

A. No, the
0845 number is attached to your existing line and you can still use your landline as normal for outgoing and incoming calls
on the 01 or 02 number

service we offer simply takes the next available number on our list - altough we may have a few otions on our order page.

A. Yes our
